Jean C. Yang joined Brueggeman and Johnson Yeanoplos, PC as a valuation analyst in 2008. Previously, she was an auditor and accountant for investment management-related funds and providers, including mutual funds, actively-managed hedge funds, venture capital funds, funds-of-funds, and private equity funds.
Ms. Yang graduated With Distinction from the University of Washington Business School (now known as The Foster School of Business) in 2004, with emphases in Accounting and Information Systems. She began her career as an intern at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP while in school, and worked as an auditor of financial services clients for several years after graduation.
Ms. Yang is a CPA licensed in the State of Washington. She is studying for the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level I Exam and plans to earn her ABV designation in the near future. She is a current member of the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants (WSCPA) and sits on the Business Valuation & Litigation Services Committee, as well as being a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
