Evin T. Morris has worked at Brueggeman and Johnson Yeanoplos, P.C. for over 8 years. He provides business valuation, consulting, and litigation services and has provided clients with analytical support in franchise negotiations, insurance and lost-profits litigation, bankruptcy, marriage dissolutions, and IRS and SEC filings.

Mr. Morris’s background includes experience in public accounting, mortgage lending, and venture capital. He has served as an interim CFO/Controller for two organizations, and has completed financial analysis and accounting projects for clients in a broad range of industries, including investment, manufacturing, real estate, medical, construction, internet media, and telecommunications companies.

In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Morris is Accredited in Business Valuation by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, and holds certificates in Management Accounting (CMA) and Financial Management (CFM). He was awarded the 2002 Robert Beyer Bronze Medal and Johnson and Johnson Bronze Medal for achieving the #3 score worldwide on the CMA and CFM examinations, respectively.

Mr. Morris earned an MBA at the University of Washington, where he also served as a graduate teaching assistant. He has been qualified as an expert witness in United States’ District Court and Bankruptcy Court, as well as Washington State Courts.
