John M. Martin is a valuation analyst at Brueggeman and Johnson Yeanoplos, P.C. Mr. Martin has valued business for a variety of purposes, including divorce and other litigation, financial reporting, gift and estate taxes, and mergers and acquisitions. He has also conducted various contract and intellectual property valuations. Mr. Martin’s experience encompasses a variety of industries including healthcare, manufacturing, construction, and retail and other service industries.
Mr. Martin has several years experience in the mortgage banking industry, having served as a financial analyst/manager for several large mortgage companies prior to joining Brueggeman and Johnson Yeanoplos, P.C. He has extensive experience in financial modeling and analysis, financial asset valuations, and portfolio management.
Mr. Martin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Arizona and a Master of Science degree in Management with a concentration in Finance, also from the University of Arizona. Mr. Martin is currently working towards earning his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and passed Level 2 of the exam in June 2008. He is also a member of the Tucson CFA Society.
